I get this one question all the time.
I eat when I’m bored, I eat when I’m not actually that hungry and I eat heaps of random stuff when I get home from school just because I do.
Alright so, every time this happens to you there is a few things you can do:
1: Stop yourself. Talk to yourself and say ’ Do I really need this? ’ sometimes just stopping for a second and having a think is good.
2: Obviously I can’t just tell you to stop it because it won’t happen, but fill your fridge up with healthy and fresh food! Containers of your favorite fruits and veggies! I always have sliced cucumbers and carrots in a lunch container in the fridge, I always have bananas, mandarins, berries and apples in the fruit bowl and I also keep things like cold water and low fat yogurt. I understand that sometimes you just feel like something and trust me you feel a lot less guilty if your eating some god dam cucumber! It’s really not going to do anything to your weight and its so good for you!
3: Cut out the bad stuff from your cupboards Try and get rid of biscuit packets and all that so if you want it you actually can’t get it!
4: If your going say on a tram home or down the street bring money for a ticket and nothing else. Your not going to be able to go to the vending machine if you have no money on you so good luck trying!
5: BE STRICT WITH YOURSELF! It’s hard but slap yourself every time you do it and break your habit. Think about how your going to feel afterwards, and how much better you will feel if you don’t
Good Luck ;)

Boost Juice Bar’s!
I love them. I really do it’s fresh and yummy especially on a warm day, after school or on the weekend! This is a really obvious thing but sometimes I see a lot of my friends overlook it so I’m reinforcing it.
Boost is great, but remember what you are ordering. If your trying to be healthier and think ’ oh i can have boost, it’s really good for you’, well yes if you are actually getting a freshly squeezed juice. Smoothies are smoothies, shakes are shakes and crushes are crushes and to be honest they all have a lot of sugar and and the smoothies will all have ice - cream and lots of milk etc. Of course it’s alright once a week but if you are trying your best to eat clean go for a small or medium juice! Not a smoothie in the biggest cup you can get!
Be aware what your getting and what’s actually in it. Don’t let it stop you, just take a smaller one or a juice!
Paris Roberts - New Girl on the Block
I really love to track and follow new and up coming Melbourne models who are ready to take over the world, and watching them climb. You might hear about Miranda Kerr everyday in the press but there are thousands of beautiful girls and guys making high end careers overseas. One of these is Paris Roberts. With green eyes, thick brown hair daring eyebrows and a perfect model height at 5’9, Paris has been whisked to Europe! Yes, Paris in Paris, and only at 17! She has made some major achievements lately including making it on the cover on Fashion Journal and been a editorial star lately! To find out about what she is up to, where she is heading and before she becomes a household name check out: http://londonmgtgroup.com/sydney/women/view/reference_no:190/paris-roberts
So I wanted to tell you about these little wonders, called Blackmores Nails Hair & Skin vitamins. I have recently being taking them and they do work!! Basically they contain silicon which has something special in it that helps all types of growth! So if your wanting to grow your hair, 1: Eat healthy 2: Get regular trims to get rid of split ends 3: Take one of these a day! The same goes for your nails and its a great treatment for skin as well. Anyone can use them, they are not under prescription quite cheap for a vitamin and they are completely 100% safe if you don’t overdose and follow instructions of course!
Alright so if you are a model and fashion obsessed freak like me and spend all your spare time looking at this stuff then you probably already know these ones but for anyone looking to join the club, these are my fave websites/magazines that i just cannot live without!
and there are more but get on these ones first!

These are some of my favorite products ever! In relation to Beauty Tips #1, these are all really affordable and long lasting basic loves!
OK! Just to get going I’m setting up some basic tips and tricks for the warmer weather that is finally starting to approach! Very slowly but…… you know..
- Foundation is Out, Tinted Moisturizer is In! In summer I never feel like wearing anything on my face, not with sweat and exercise going to the beach and going to school on smokin’ days! So if your like me and refuse to go bear completely, consider going without the cakey foundation for a season! It just gives you a glow and covers patches and flaws without having to cake on heavy foundation! But saying that, if you can go bear DO IT! It’s healthy for your skin and you will feel the softness and freshness with nothing on!
- Pull your hair off your face! Side plaits, pony tails, buns and braids are pretty in the summer months! Having your hair down gets in the way and makes you hot!
- Always get all your sunscreen off. It’s healthy to have it on in the sun, but when you come home never leave it on and don’t forget about your back! Get a back scrubber and exfoliation glove and cleanse!
- Moisturize Moisturize Moisturize! Keep your skin from getting dry and scrappy but make sure moisture gets into it! Simple but easy to forget
- Drink Water! Keep you hydrated and refreshed! Bring your bottle in your bag everywhere always and drink it! It’s so easy access for all of us so use that!
Ok that was pretty quick one but I’ll be onto more soon! Let me know if there is anything you want me to cover!
